Napali Beach

We had such a nice morning. On our way to find the Torrone/Skevington crew for breakfast we stopped to do some beach walking and snorkeling and finally found a restaurant too. Although we never found our pals, I got to swim with a really big turtle for about 15 minutes - pretty cool, my snorkel set has become as big a necessity as diapers to tote along with us. Lucy took a hike with us on John's shoulders and Henry got sand in his pants...standard.

Yes 6 hours is a long time to be on an airplane even without two little kids. But we made it! Henry enjoyed the flight with way less " reading material" than we expected. Lucy slept 3 times, but cried for a while before each nap. All in all, I'd say it was a success and now WE ARE HERE! Day 2 and all a little sun-touched. Today we have a cabana rented for some shade an ocean view and 10 feet from the bar. Ahhhh.

We love cousins around here and are happy to report we are expecting another this morning. Praying for Jessica and Jeffrey this morning and VERY axiously awaiting news of a healthy baby and the answer to a long awaited "girl or boy?" question. Yeah-who!

After a minor meltdown over having to walk past the Dinosaur exhibit to eat lunch, Dad pulled out the "if you don't stop, we WILL go home". Proven to be well worth the inconvenience of actually leaving in the past, Henry made a swift recovery and took a load off Gilda Radner style. Phew.

Miss Lola

Also got to visit the newest Caviezel recently. She is very cute and will no doubt get right in line behind her sister, Peyton as one of the best girls I know!

Little Anna - oh I want to bite your feet you are so sweet.

Ali, Chris and Simon let me come down there and share their baby. Thank God I didn't bite her feet, I got to stay three whole days! I was also able to operate at maximum efficiency as my own kids were with Tookie and Grandpa. What a treat, for all of us! Thank you.

Anna is as perfect as perfect is. I love her and miss her already. And, I had tons of fun learning about Star Wars and being with Simon. He is a super brother and I know will have lots to teach Anna when she is ready.

Love you four and can't wait to see you all again!
